- 2-3 frozen strawberries
- 3/4 of a cup of cilantro
- 1 cup of orange juice (you can use almond milk)
- A pinch or two of chia seeds
- Frozen mango, pineapple, and peaches
- 1 kiwi w/out the skin!
Such a simple recipe but it is delicious. Sometimes I blend it a little more to get a smoothie to go. I am not a professional and whatever you try please ask your doctor about it first.
-Cilantro is low in calories and is filled with vitamins and antioxidants.
-There are so many benefits to mango like it helps prevent cancer. Helps with diabetes, and clears skin.
-Strawberries are a bona fide superfood! enough has been said. hahaha
-Pineapples helps with your immune system and your eye health and of course soon much more.
-Chia seeds add so many nutrients to your body without having too many calories.
-Orange juice helps lower cholesterol and for me it helps with blood pressure.
-Peaches help reduce hair loss and help clean your skin.
-Kiwi contains about 20 vital nutrients.
